Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
Michelle is the Lead Clinician in the Behaviour Support Team and an AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. She holds a Master of Social Work and has over ten years of experience across disability, residential, and community settings.
She supports NDIS participants of all ages and cultural backgrounds, with a strong focus on mental health, trauma, and disability. Michelle is credentialed with the SA Health Mental Health Network.
Michelle is trained in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and specialist interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorder.

- Amalie holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Master of Social Work and is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers. She has exteexperience working with children on the autism spectrum as an Applied Behaviour Analysis therapist and has also worked across education settings.
- She has supported children and their families to navigate learning, behaviour, and emotional challenges, working closely with schools and support networks to achieve positive and practical outcomes.
- Amalie takes a collaborative and respectful approach to her work and is particularly interested in supporting individuals and their networks to reduce conflict, build independence, and improve overall quality of life.

She has experience developing and implementing individualised behaviour support plans and takes a person-centred approach to understanding and responding to complex behaviours. Francesca focuses on practical strategies that support positive change and everyday functioning.
Francesca values collaboration and works closely with individuals, families, and other professionals to support positive outcomes. She is committed to helping people build skills, confidence, and wellbeing in ways that are meaningful to them.
